How to Return
Step 1: Request Return
Log into your account and go to "My Orders". Click "Request Return" on the item you'd like to send back. Provide a reason and attach photos if needed.
Step 2: Get Your Label
Once approved (usually within 24 hours), you'll receive a prepaid shipping label via email. Print and attach it to the package.
Step 3: Ship It Back
Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all accessories. Drop it off at any UPS/FedEx location.
Step 4: Get Refunded
Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund is processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
